I made this cake of my brother's black lab Bubba. It was for my SIL's 50th birthday. The cake is chocolate mud, filled and covered in chocolate ganache. The body and styrofoam head are covered with vanilla candy clay.
OMG if this were brown it'd be my dog. He's a chocolate lab that is madly addicted to food. (He ate a 10 lb. container of fondant last week. No kidding. God help me.) Love the cake!
