Knitting Basket Cake

Thanks! To do the basket weave I cut pieces of brown fondant about 1" wide and 1 1/2" long for the horizontal pieces. Then I cut pieces 1/4" wide for the vertical pieces. Start by taking a vertical piece, position it on the side of the cake and trim so it fits the height of the cake. Then take 1 of the horizontal pieces and place it over the vertical piece so that it is in the middle of the horizontal piece.
