Dolphin Sea Coral cake

Made this one for my daughters 6th birthday this year. She wanted a dolphin & some shells on her cake, but also liked the idea of a sandcastle cake....which was actually my intentions for the bottom tier. The sand on the cake did not appear the same color as the sand I had put on the paper towel rolls for the 4 outside corners, so I changed everything at the last minute. Top tier is Strawberry cake, the bottom is Lemon cake. Coral is caramelized sugar, Sixlet Pearls, White Chocolate & fondant shells painted with luster dust, MMF dolphin.
