Are they drizzled with white chocolate? How did you do the top of the cupcake? (Not the Bow) Also, do you happen to know how long in advance you can make the bows?

Thanks LondonLass! The tops of the cupcakes are dipped in white chocolate. I made the bows a week before I used them, so that they would be nice and firm, but you could probably make them even further in advance.
