Care bears are baaa-aack! :) I made this for my daughter's 3rd birthday. It's a pull-apart cake with buttercream frosting, smoothed with the Viva towel method. The cupcakes were vanilla-flavored rainbow cupcakes to match the rainbow-themed cake.
