Okay hope this works, This cake has 6 different flavors, hand made white chocolate paste pearls and Test Tube Oil candles in the centers of the flowers.
I got the recipe off this site and I ordered the test tubes from a sience type place and then went to my local craft store and bought the tops with the wicks. You just use regular candle oil. I put foil around the candles so nothing would get on the cake. You just put the flowers in the green faom that holds water and cut a hole for the test tube to sit into. Does that make sence?
Thanks Lisa! Okay , Probably spent 4 hours on the pearls, 15 hours (Streight) baking and icing and then 6 hours on the flowers, I did the center peice and corsge/boutinier. flavors from large to small. White Cake/Raspberry filling, Choc/Bavarian Cream, Lemon/Lemon, chocolate / Raspberry, white/strawberry
I have done so many weddings and I've learned something. the 50 and under crowd like to drink, 51 and over like to eat cake. It was all gone except maybe a 1/3 of the bottom and of corse the very top. I also did a reproduction of thier wedding cake but that was just a 10 inch round with a heart cake topper in the stack style.
