I made this cake for my friends 49th birthday he is a big Canucks fan. Logo was so easy. I printed off the logo doing it mirror image laid parchment paper over top and started to color in the logo with my icing. put it in the freezer for a little while smoothed out the icing. turn it upside down on your cake smooth it again then carefully pull the parchment paper off the logo. you may have to fill in holes with icing. works great and is super easy to do. My first attempt at this kind of design.
