5 tier wedding cake with lacy butterflies made using the Jem cutters. The bottom 4 tiers are all vanilla sponge cake with jam and buttercream. The top tier is chocolate sponge with choc buttercream. All covered with marzipan and sugarpaste. Even my strong husband couldn't lift this by himself! It was a 2 person job! I wish we'd been able to weigh it, actually!
