Heineken beer crate cake

My cousin was so kind to the weekend that his birthday would be available to keep a family weekend. Of course there should also be included cake, I can imagine that if you're 17, you want a party with your friends want to celebrate. But when his mother asked what he'd like, the answer was "something with Heineken." Eventually after much thought decided a Heineken beer crate. He was very happy with it and the reactions were great!
