Hard to photograph properly, but it's a 3 tier white topsy-turvy cake, with gumpaste figurines of the bride and groom on their own jetboat, figurines of their 2 quadbikes, gumboots and dog tracks. I almost cried having to put those mud tracks around the cake, but it came out well!
