I made this cake for my coworker. She just recently got promoted to a banquet captain where I work so myself and my other coworkers thought this was a good idea to show her past and present. I put little "bubbles" around the edges of the cake to show things that should would normally say. The green shirt and tie represent her as a banquet server, and the blazer represents her as a captain! The cake is a vanilla bean cake with strawberry creamcheese filling and vanilla BC frosting. The name tag is made with MM fondant and painted on with gold luster dust, written on with edible markers
