A full sheet cake done for a birthday with a 3D "fuzzy" looking elmo. The cake was 1/2 chocolate, 1/2 sweet almond with sweet almond buttercream. The eyes and mouth for elmo are both made of modeling chocolate. The rest is all buttercream. This cake took A LOT of buttercream.
