Rapunzel themed cake for a 6-year-old's birthday. Cookies and cream cake with cream cheese cookie filling and cream cheese buttercream.

I used toilet paper tubes covered in chocolate and sugar crystals for the tower. Any suggestions on how I could have made it 100% edible??
