So this is my husbands best friends wedding cake. They were a little hesitant to have 2 completely blue tiers but I assured them it would still look like a wedding cake. Its designed to match her dress. No grooms cake so he insisted on have A&M somewhere in the scrolling of the bottom tier. Im getting better at arranging flowers. I did the topper that morning. I piped a big cone of stiff BC and just to be safe wrapped the stems in 'press and seal' wrap and stuck in the bc mound. Didnt have to mess of the top tier at all. Tiers were 8,10, 12, 14, 16.
