A Justin Bieber theme cake for a teenager birthday. She just got some ticket for the show and she is very excited! This is a vanilla cake with fudge caramel (sucre a la creme) filling and frosting buttercream all covered with fondant. The details are all fondant. The ticket was hand painted and the letters were cut by hand with an exacto knife.
