This cake was a lot harder to make than you?d think! It was almost the death of me, trying to get it to stay straight and not lean, even with the proper supports. Cake is 3 layers of Chocolate Cabernet cake filled with a bittersweet-cabernet ganache and a cabernet buttercream. It also has a 2 layers of Vanilla bean cake with vanilla bean buttercream. There are a total of 5 ? 6? layers of cake and the spout is made with rice cereal treats. I covered the cake in white fondant and then painted it with a mixture of forest green/black gel paste. The ?foil? top is made to look like the cork has been removed and I colored it with Burgundy luster dust. Labels are printed on edible icing sheets and cork is made out of rice cereal treats. Overall height: 26? Cake is on the left and actual wine bottle and glass are on the right. TFL
