I made this cake for my Dad's birthday on July 4. The inside was red velvet, blue velvet, and white cake with raspberry filling. I found out that MMF and Wyoming heat/humidity is not a good combo when the sole source of cooling is an evaporative cooler! Thanks for the tons of inspiration on CC for this type of cake!!
