This is my fisrt attempt in cake decorating. I made this as a gift for the birthday of my officemate's daughter. This is made of buttercream icing decorated with royal icing flowers.

Thanks for the comments. With the royal icing, I almost consumed half of the mixture before I was able to make a perfect flower
