This was a cake I made for a dear friend's son's 1st birthday! it has the traditional "Cat in the Hat" topper, "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish..." on the middle tier, "The Lorax" trees and hills on the bottom tier, and green eggs and ham sitting sitting on the hat's brim.
