These are a trial run for an upcoming event. I wanted to make sure the cake had a good banana flavor so I had the DH get banana daquiri mix. He came back with creme de banana. I added that to some strawberry daquiri mix I had. Added that to a banana batter and they taste fantastic!! I cut up fresh strawberry and added crushed pineapple for a filling. Spread the top with chocolate gancahe. Swirled bettercreme, drizzled a homemade choc sauce, chopped peanuts and a cherry on top. The reviews were OMG.
