gegon's recipe is under fruitcakes. It's basically a pineapple juice soaked yellow cake with a bavarian cream cheese filling/frosting surrounded with ladyfingers, topped with fruit and brushed with an apricot glaze. Yummy is right!

This looks so delicious!! :o I've made yellow cakes soaked with pineapple juice before, with whipped cream frosting mixed with crushed pineapple before..the taste is wonderfuL! This one goes into my favorites!
