I was perfectioning gluten free recipes and wanted to see if the vanilla cake was suitable for carving. Something very simple... and my daughter has been asking for this cake the whole last year :-), she loves everything dog related. It's a minicake - vanilla and chocolate GF cake, filling vanilla and chocolate IMBCs, covered in fondant, decorations fondant and fondant/Tylose mix. I cheated a little bit (the dog's head made with a silicone mold), colors, shape and details of the purse do not correspond exactly but I've set myself a limit of 1,5 hour to decorate (including coloring fondant which I hate).
