I was trying my hand at this, not that great, i must admit. My fondant skills have gotten better though... I think this could be a disaster cake!! lol # 1. I didn't give myself enough time to make this cake!! I just gave myself 1 day, no bueno! #2. I used water as the glue!! Never again!! #3. I rolled the fondant out on a powdered sugar surface, I know prefer a shortening surface, so much better and it won't dry out the fondant like it did here.
