Great cake quite easy to make : a dacquoise is a thin cake with nuts and almonds powder . So a dacquoise, then a chocolate mousse, another dacquoise, a strawberries mousse and finally, a jelly cover (a strawberry one) And, small pieces of black chocolate, plus multicolored grains of sugar. Hummmm !!! So tasty !!! I have to make another one soon !!!
