Red Velvet cake, cream cheese frosting. The flames are made from orange colored fondant/gum paste. Spray painted with red and yellow, and then a pearl dusting. The wood at the bottom is tootsie rolls, and rocks are by duff goldman. The yankee's logo is gum paste, and hand drawn with edible markers.
