This is my first cake using fondant. I want to say thank you for other members of this community for idea. I used 8" and 10" cake pans, but would recommend 8" and 12" pans so that you have more room for the figures. I used MMF, which is very easy to make and work with once you get used to it. Much easier than the Wilton stuff, and it tastes much better too :)
