Princess Castle Cake

A fun cake for a little girl turning 2! The brief was pink and to feature a princess, prince and frog as the party was a fairy tale theme. The top tier was vanilla with cookies?n?cream filling, the bottom tier rich chocolate cake with Neapolitan filling (1 layer each of strawberry, choc and vanilla). The cake was a huge success.
