Princess Castle

Princess Castle on Cake Central

This cake was so fun to do! For my niece's 1st birthday. The bottom is strawberry cake, top is banana cake. Both have fresh strawberry filling and whipped topping. I kind of ran out of time w/ the towers, but other than those, was really proud of myself when I was finished. Thank you to EVERYONE here on CC who's castle cakes I got inspiration from. There were so many...oh, and I GOT MY FIRST PAID ORDER OUT OF THIS ONE!!!!

The cakes were 10" and 8". I think it fed about 30+ people. Some of the pieces were pretty large, though. I'm sure a cake that size would feed more, but I'm not sure how many.

Susie, they are just images printed off of the internet. I think off of google images. I then covered them with contact paper so the frosting wouldn't bleed through.
