So many firsts with this cake! First time attempting a ruffle cake like this, first time making white modeling chocolate and modeling chocolate roses (glad THOSE came out okay!) Loved how this all came together! All vanilla buttermilk cake with vanilla bean buttercream filling, covered in fondant with fondant ruffles and modeling chocolate roses :)
