Oh NO!!! My first crash was for my boy's 4th birthday. I discovered the carnage 2 hours before the party started. It had taken me the entire day before to put the cake together. Amazingly, I was able to reconstruct almost from scratch in an hour including travel time to supermarket and back!
I do so hope that you were able to salvage something because the original looked fantastic :)
