That is a big flower! I think I'll try to make one with some leftover fondant. :) Such a pretty cake!!

Thank you. The flower is fairly large but it looks larger because it is on a 6" cake. If you are going to try making a flower with fondant you will need to add some Tylose powder and knead it in. Fondant alone is too soft and won't dry the way gumpaste does.
