This owl cake/theme has been done so many times, but it's what a customer requested, so I plunged in. I just love how the owl turned out. It makes me smile each time I look at it. I carved the owl from 2 halves of the sports ball pan. I needed it to be a little more oval and less round and this is what I got. Cake and owl are covered in MMF. "Nest" is made out of chocolate covered pretzels. TFL
