The cake flavor is lemon with lemon cream filling. The internal structure is shown below in the additional photos. This cake took around 10 hours or so to construct and several hours to research the supporting structure. I used 1/2 in plywood, foam, and 5/8 in particle board to construct the cake structure. This bass is a 3/4 model of an actual bass guitar. I had a little trouble getting the real guitar strings to stay in place, but will try a different method if I get another request for this type of cake. All in all I think the cake turned out pretty well for being my first time constructing a standing guitar.
