I so loved doing this cake for my neighbor's son! Cake is carved out of sheet cakes and covered in fondant. Steam Engine stacks are made out of rice cereal treats and I used cotton candy for the steam. Light on front of train is a balloon light. Coals are made out of dyed marshmallows and black sugar crystals. TFL
