Aunt Amelia 80 Birthday Cake

This is a multiple layer cake. From bottom to up: chocolate, pistaccio, vanilla, roses filled with ganache of black and white chocolate. The frosting is Swiss meringue buttercream. Three full days to make it in my tiny kitchen! Measures 30 cm wide and 40 cm high. And a huge weight!! It travelled 100 km to the destination (from home to the Mediterranean shore, in Sant Feliu de Gu?xols, Girona, Spain in a very warm day). Finally it was a success. My aunt was so happy with her amazing cake-basket of roses. Thank you for the inspiration of Cake Central.
