All fondant. Came up with the idea to use chocolate rocks to simulate gravel between the train tracks. Looked cool and tasted great. Bottom layer is chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, homemade caramel, and English toffee bits (British theme to go along with Thomas). Top layer is vanilla cake filled with white chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries. TFL!
