    Terrific cake - Could you answer a few questions? is everything fondant? How big is the cake?

    Sorry for the late response. This is a half sheet cake (2 layers). Covered in buttercream and green fondant. The "runway" and AA symbol are fondant. I used a roller, ruler and paring knife to cut the AA symbol. The cake is trimmed in green buttercream, using the grass tip, and small candy rocks. The customer bought the plane which has about a 12" wingspan.
