This cake was frosted in buttercream and polka dots were fondant. All flowers and curly Q's were gumpaste - what a fun cake to create! 12 in, 8 in, 6 in square cakes with gumpaste Stargazer Lilies, gerbera daisies, carnations (I wanted to create button mums but couldn't find any online, so this was the closest I could come up with!), green berries and leaves.
