Hey Thanks! I used a tip 1M Beat 4 egg whites, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 cup karo syrup on high over dbl boiler till peaks form (4ish minutes), then add 2 tsp vanilla and beat 1min more. It's my husband's new favorite<3

I've used a metal mixing bowl over a pot of boiling water before and that worked pretty well.
