This cake was for a Little Mermaid themed party. The bottom is fondant frilled petals and dusted with a mixture of pearl and petal dust to resemble the mermaid tail. The top is ombre fondant pearls going all around the cake for Ariel?s top. I put her name on the top edge. Thanks for looking!
