I just finished making an ARMY of these Hello Kitty Cupcakes! They're pink marbled cake on the inside, with alternating pink and purple polka dot wrappers. Pink buttercream icing and hand cut, hand painted fondant Hello Kitty's on top. All this plus a hello kitty cake for a special girls birthday tomorrow!
