I Just made this cake for my Niece who became a Nursing Assistant.. It is White Cake & Chocolate cakes with Fresh Strawberry Filling with Buttercream.. Marshmallow Fondant.. All the Details are made of Fondant.. Everything is edible except for the pill bottle..
