This cake was celebrating 50 years of priesthood of a priest in Seminaire de Quebec. These are the coat of arms of the Seminaire with the chalice. Everything is edible, I let dry the chalice few day and painted it gold to give the antique effect. This is a vanilla cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry jam filling covered with fonfant. The birds have been cut with an exacto knife one by one.
