Cake is iced in buttercream with buttercream pearl border and pistacchio fondant ribbon. Buttercream was embossed with quilt pattern and tiny sugar pearls. Gumpaste lilies were airbrushed with a soft pink center. Monogram is gumpaste in pink pearl.
