Cookies With Rbc
Tried Penny's Cookie recipe and experimented with turning some extra BC into RBC. The cookies seemed to spread more as I used the same cutter for cookies and RBC, really like the taste though. My first attempt making and using RBC, will put the finishing touches on tomorrow.

Thank you for the nice compliments, I actually had more fun doing these cookies than when I do any kind of cake. I can't wait to finish decorating and packaging them.
