Ballerina Bear cake was made to replicate the nursery. All fondant. Top tier was white cake w/red rasberry buttercream with red rasberries. Bottom tier was white cake with strawberry buttercream and strawberries. It was a VERY humid day . . . fondant was NOT my friend!!
