beautiful...is this just rows of fondant...ruffled? I haven't done much with fondant.

It is. I cut strips of fondant about 1 1/2-2 in wide and ruffled them. Was very easy, just time consuming. Thanks!!

This is very pretty! Quick question- how do you get the edge of the fondant ruffles to not droop down after applying them to the cake? How do you get them to dry upward & hold up so beautifully?

Just try to make sure its not to soft and make sure its nice and thin.
