Circus Theme Cookies and Bouquets using dollar store popcorn containers. 3 dozen cookies were made...tent, cotton candy, ice cream cone, clown face, popcorn, party hat, #1 on a circle cookies....all decorated with royal icing! Cookies were for a 1 year old little girl!!!
