I need to make this cake next week for my brother. Any instructions would be appreciated

It was carved and free handed, from a 12 sq pan. The peppers are just BC. I used large round about a 6 w/ dif colors and did strips on the side, waited for it to crust then smoothed down. I made a stencil on wax paper first and carved around it. Hope that helps!
