This cake was for a sweet little cowgirl who wanted a western themed bridal shower cake. Bottom 10' layer is pink lemonade cake with vanilla butter-cream, Cowgirl hat layer is limeade cake with tangy limeade butter cream. Chocolate ganache and covered with fondant. The edible Lace bow is Sugarveil. Boy!..was that fun!
